There are probably hundreds of them around the city, but the one that I go to is in Roman Holiday Square (成都罗马假日广场) in the South, near a Carrefour. There is an indoor shopping mall type area where you go up into Carrefour – the guy I go to is on the ground level there, and has a stand which says watch repair. Cheap and friendly.
