Oh wait it wasn’t as vague as I thought (go long term memory!) it’s called Lollicup, on the 3rd floor of the EGO mall nearby Chun Xi Lu. They have waffles, coffee, and other desserts. But it’s not exactly the “american breakfast” kind of waffles you’re looking for.
