Charlie, Thank you for your suggestions! When we say “western” we DEFINITELY want to do some Middle Eastern dishes, Mexican dishese, Thai dishes, etc.! We are going to offer an international menu, but not a 20 page book! Having specials will help us expand the menu nightly.
We are not looking to copy menues already here. No steaks, no breakfast…Authentic and healthy is our main goal. Of course, balancing costs will be the battle.
