The point is, if the staff were informed of the work environment when they were hired, they are fine with it, and generally happy to work there (some since he started up) who is anyone else to say that they are wrong and Mike is wrong. You as a customer are equally not obligated to eat in that environment. Like Ray said, they have a delivery option if you need a pizza fix.

Also, when have you personally borne witness to said “berating?” It’s pretty subjective.

BTW: What are the left fields like in New Haven?
