Mianyang surely has more foreigners, some large Chinese companies are headquartered there (Changhong is one, if I’m not mistaken).

Mianyang is the second city after chengdu, and there’re many large international companies, like Lafarg. And a university is located mianyang. so there’re some foreigener in Mianyang.
