Polo time has changed, location hasn’t. Now being held Saturday afternoon at 4p, still at Sichuan Province Gymnasium (四川省体育馆). Just bring yourself, a bike, and some interest to play or watch people swing mallets at a ball while riding a bike.
Had some folks asking about whether or not polo was still on. The answer:
Yes. You will still find us at the Sichuan Gymnasium’s north side.
Saturday (today) at 4 p.m. (just shy an hour from now).
We have all the equipment you need (mallets and balls).
Additionally, we’re always open to a new court. Although the gymnasium space suits, it’s prone to random pup-tent markets and other random, play-prohibiting activities.
If you know a space, preferably between 10-20m by 30-40m (enclosed with a curb, or retaining wall is a huuuuuge plus but not absolutely necessary) within the second ring road then we’re interested. Hell within the 3rd if you think the spot is especially suitable to what I’ve described. (For space think skating rink, indoor soccer court, or similar)

Bicycle Polo today at the Provincial Gymnasium (across from Raffles). We still play every Saturday afternoon at 4pm, or you can meet us at our shop beforehand and ride over with us. Mallets and ball provided by Natooke成都.
We are gearing up of our annual trip to the Kaohsiung Bike Polo Tournament in November in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
If you are curious what bicycle polo is or how to play we are happy to teach you and introduce you to this fun game on two wheels. Anyone interested just needs to show up and we’ll get you playing. No bike? No worries, there are bikes available either at Natooke or on site for anyone’s use.

Two teams from Chengdu will be heading to Taiwan next week to participate in the Kaohsiung Takao Cup.

Excellent! As a reminder we’re still playing. Due to Dojo festivities this weekend we’ll be hosting polo this Saturday at 12 p.m., noon. Same place, just a different time. Hopefully you can make it out.
