I have contacted these guys and it seems to be that they are able to get an multiple entry F visa for a year but only with max 90 days of each stay. Costs 7000 RMB!!!

If you want 6 months with 0 entry’s and stay 180 days it will costs 6500 RMB and you will have to fly to Harbin according to them…..

Seems fucking expensive just for a visa..

I’m quite sure there will be found some ways soon to still get your visa somehow but it will take time for the visa agents to find out how to do it.

For now I think it’s best to sit back and wait a bit (if you can).

I was in touch with this agency a couple years ago. Not sure about the situation now, but back then they were residing in Shenzhen so you’d have to mail them your passport. Or go down there I guess, but I think the visa process takes quite a while for them. Like 7-10 days. I could be wrong.

I also contacted them, they are crazy with their prices, they want 6900 RMB to organize your drivers license but  then you still need to write the test, fly to their town etc. etc..

Seems like a scam to me!

Found out in Chengdu its only 250 RMB.
