The one ranked No.1 in 2014 was Lu Dishes in Shan Dong Province.It’s not famous because it’s mainly for palace cuisine.Sichuan Cuisines is the most featured and famous cuisine both home and abroad and has the largest population to enjoy it.Hopefully it will be ranked No.1 in 2015 .Cantonese food is the gate to the world that the west know about chinese food. It ranked No.4 in 2014.
