Seeking Drum Lessons for a Beginner

I have a bit of free time on my hand, and have been thinking of taking drum lessons for a looooong time. Would you know of anyone who could help me out with this ?

I… I would also need a drum set, and a place to practice… -_-

There are plenty of places to learn to play drums in Chengdu apparently but will likely require some Chinese language skills (unless an expat posts here and can offer classes). Here’s a link to check out, classes are 100 rmb: learning drums in Chengdu
