English Speaking Lawyer in Chengdu

I’m looking for legal consultation here in Chengdu, and would like to find a solicitor/lawyer who can;

1) Speak relatively fluent English

2) Have an understanding of contractual law, specifically property related

Over the last few months, I’ve gotten to know Mr. Yuhong Wu, of the Sichuan XingYuan Law Firm (四川兴远律师事务所), who is fluent in English. He worked as a software engineer in the U.S. before becoming an attorney, licensed both in the U.S. and in China.

He did a presentation for the Chengdu Cloud Club on Internet Law in China. Check out the mp3:

I know Fien Van Parys is working for Dewit Law Office in Chengdu. It’s a Belgian company with primarily Belgian employees so their English is outstanding.

Their website http://www.dewitlawoffice.be/en/ states “Real estate, commercial or industrial property” at the China services section as well.
