Job Descriptions:
 To develop and implement the marketing and sales plan of the department
 Responsible for the quality of teaching and the improvement of service
 To complete the teaching task, to carry out the development and coordination of teaching progress, and to guide the regular teaching
 Responsible for the recruitment, training, work arrangement and management of the full-time and part-time teachers
 The active involvement of the English-related activities held by the company
 To complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:
 English native speaker
 Internationally recognised certificate/diploma in teaching English as a foreign/second language, such as TEFL, TESOL, TESL
 A minimum 3-year experience of English teaching to Chinese nationals including general English, business English and IELTS
 A minimum 1-year experience of team management and teacher training
 Proven effective teamwork, with good communication, planning, time management and liaison skills
 Commitment to the institution, students and the work that needs to be done
 A basic command of Chinese language and able to communicate in Chinese
 Teamwork and motivation
 Work visa provided
