    What company do I need to contact to get hooked up with high speed internet? I currently have wifi, and it’s just way too slow.

    China Unicom and China Telecom both provide aDSL service in Chengdu. I use a 4 mb China telecom connection, but I’ve heard others say China Unicom is more reliable and cheaper. Just take your passport and address into a branch, usually you can find atleast one employee that speaks english if you can’t speak chinese.
