just checked with our chefs what we will have. Of course there will be more than just the Thai standard dishes 😉
Here a more detailed overview:
Appetizer:
– Deep-fried crispy rice cracker with shrimp, chicken and coconut milk dip
– Deep-fried vegetable spring roll
– Fried shrimp wrapped in fine rice noodles
– Golden crispy cup with chicken and sweet corn
– Chicken satay with peanut sauce
– Grilled marinated pork with lemongrass
– Flat noodle stuffed minced pork, vegetable and seafood sauce
– Marinated chicken wrapped with pandan leavSalads:
– Spicy seafood salad
– Grilled beef salad with tomato and cucumber
– Spicy barbecue duck salad
– Spicy crispy morning glory salad with squid ,shrimp and minced chicken
– Green mango salad with shrimp
– Spicy glass noodle salad with minced pork
– Green papaya salad
– Soft shell crab salad with Thai herbs
– Fluffy deep-fried minced shrimp with spicy green mango saladSoups:
– Hot and sour prawn soup with lemongrass
– Spicy seafood soup
– Chicken soup with roasted herbs and tamarind juice
– Chicken soup with coconut milk and galangalMain Courses:
– Thai Panaeng curry with pork
– Deep-fried fish marinated with turmeric
– Stir-fried seafood with hot basil
– Red curry with barbecue duck
– Steamed fish mousse with red curry and coconut milk
– Thai Massaman curry with beef shank
– Stir-fried seafood with Thai herbs
– Fried soft shell crab with tamarind sauce
– Steamed prawn with red curry paste
– Stir-fried shrimp with sweet chili paste
– Fried crab meat with curry powder
– Deep-fried fish with fish sauce
– Fried rice with green curry and minced chicken
– Yellow curry with lamb shank
– Fried garoupa fish with trio sauce
– Pad ThaiDesserts:
– Sweet banana in warm coconut milk
– Flour dumplings stuffed with coconut flakes
– Assorted fresh fruit: pineapple, papaya, water melon and more
– Coconut pudding staffed with grated sweeten coconut
– Sweet sticky rice with longan
– Stuffed water chestnut in syrup and coconut milk
– Lychee in syrup with crushed icePlease be aware that we are not having all dishes daily. There will be a rotation cycle and if you are craving for a special dish (like Rick for Curry crab – we will have it Saturday for lunch^^) let me know and I will figure out which days we will have on the buffet. Addditionally to the mentioned Thai dishes we are still offering a wide selection of fresh seafood, sushi, pizza, desserts and kind of a Hot Pot.

lunch is from 11.30 to 14.30.
The curry crab will be on the lunch buffet on: 21.6, 24.6, 27.6.
The tamarind crab will be on the dinner buffet on: 20.6, 23.6, 26.6, 29.6
The deep-fried crab meat with minced pork will be on the dinner buffet on: 21.6, 24.6, 27.6This is at least the plan but I don’t want to guarantee it for 100% as there might be some last minute changes.
If you like to come I can also offer you to use my Club Entree Card which will give you a great discount on the buffet depending how many people you are. This offer is of course for all!

ParticipantThanks for the discount Mike. WITH that 50% off for 2, it was a really phenomenal deal. Without it (168/pp) I’d call it ‘average’. But with it..damn, great lunch 😀
Stars on saturday were: those giant seasoned prawns; the red curry; the fresh juice you kept us full of in the grolsch-style bottles. Do you guys have a bunch of people squeezing melons all day?? The curry crab needs work – if they make it again, I suggest tasting or asking them to taste the yellow curry, it was pretty bland.
To repeat, take advantage of Mike’s offer for the 50% discount, take a date, you wont be disappointed 🙂

Luckily we have a juicer doing the work for us 🙂 Otherwise I wouldn’t know where to find the bunch of people as we are already pretty low with stff in general… Somehow the Chinese don’t want to work in F&B 😉

Not to disappoint anybody: I can offer 50% discount for 2 only (linked with our Club Entree program, see first post). For 3 it would still be 33% off on the buffet. I agree on the price. Without the discount card it is a bit on the expensive side even though we actually have the lowest price among most 5* international hotels in Chengdu…

I have already booked a table for you. Unfortunately I will not be on duty tomorrow. Discount is still possible though. I will leave my discount card at the entrance of the restaurant. Just tell them your name and they will give you the discount.
