Want to Buy Mountain Bike and Ride

Hi,

I have seen a lot of posts about buying second hand bikes, but this is more of a request to see if someone is having a moving out sale and selling their bike within the next month.

I’m looking to get a basic mountain bike for daily commuting and for weekend trails. It needs to be a large frame (19″-21″),  have hydraulic disk brakes, and preferably Shimano Acera or better gear set.

A brand new bike of that spec from Giant or Merida goes for about 2500RMB, so I’d like to spend half that on a second hand one… or a bit more if it comes with extras like mud guards, helmet, locks, etc.

Let me know if you are selling something similar.

On a similar note, I’d be really keen to hook up with anyone who likes to get out on some off-road trails. My working hours are afternoon/evening and my weekend is Monday-Tuesday – but I’m guessing thats the case with a lot of people here 🙂
