    Hello,

    So I’m living in a nice neighborhood in chengdu but the internet is dreadfully slow.

    My question to you, my fellow denizens, what is a good company to go with that will give me better than 30KB/down?

    It really depends where you’re downloading from. I find my eztv linked torrents get me around 300kb/s on average using China Telecom’s 8mb fiber connection, the 169rmb/month one..

    when i download from out of china im getting 1-3kbps when i use PIPI i am getting about 30KBPS

    not sure which company my wife went with though.
