Job Description
Assist Office Manager with daily operations including: Administration, Marketing, Sales, Events, and Publications.
Compile, write, prepare, and proofread AmCham publications, annual White Paper, membership directory, magazine articles, event reports, and meeting minutes.
Assist with the implementation of AmCham business development initiatives.
Develop sales material and advertisement concepts.
Assist AmCham event planning, coordination and hosting.
Use business training and experience to develop and improve AmCham Southwest administration.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and writing skills
Good negotiation skills and leadership
Analytical and critical mind for researching and writing
Superior English writing skills and proficient Chinese reading and speaking
Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, operations, marketing, international relations, or economics, with management and market research experience.
• Must be a native English speaker
• Must be well organized, have close attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Design and desktop publishing skills strongly desired. Experience using Powerpoint, Photoshop, InDesign desired.
• Experience in web development and WordPress content management system, social networking platforms (LinkedIn, Weibo) a plus
