Looking for Room For Rent in Shared Apt

We are Max (Venezuela) and Nina (Germany), looking for a room in a shared flat preferably in Tongzilin or Nijiaqao, but if you happen to know of a place southern from those two, we can also consider them.
Something about ourselves:

We are easy going and like to live in a resourceful way. We like keeping the house clean. At the moment we are taking a break from our travels around the world and are working as English teachers.

We’d like to move in around mid/end march or beginning of April. It would be no problem for us if it is shorter term either.
