Seeking Roommate Near SWUFE Campus

Hello there dear people,

I’m looking for a roommate who wants to rent an apartment for a year located very close to SWUFE Guanghua campus. I’m only going to stay for one semester at SWUFE, but I don’t think it would be difficult to find a new roommate afterwards (:

The apartment is located one minute away from the main gate in a modern and new complex in the 9th floor.

It has beautiful natural light from all sides, a nice and comfortable living room, quite a big kitchen and a big bathroom (with a separate shower and western amenities!). Two bedrooms, both with a lot of natural lights.

The rent would be 2500 yuan a month, so split by two roughly 1250 yuan per person (:
