just realized that i played one of his songs during my zebra deep-house set.
this guy does KILLER tech-house with amazing african drum rhythms and samples. he also has some pretty nice full-on stuff techno as well as some spanish/brazilian sounding tracks.
i want to get more of his music, would be nice if DJs sold usb drives of their originals the same ways band do cds and t-shirts after the show.
suppose there is still beatport, but i’d rather by the music from the DJ.
know any djs that do this?

Interesting idea but DJs like him make enough from the gigs not to worry about selling a few mp3’s on the side.

All the names Xiong Mao has come up with for its different rooms are very confusing. Xiong Mao welcome stage, xiong mao live, xiong mao house? I think it’d be easier for most people to put into perspective if you just said something like main room, small room and outside.

A Belgian style fries stand will be opening outside for the first time tomorrow.
The Champions League final will also be shown on a big screen outside at 3am. There will be separate drinks specials for the football.
Was there for a little bit last night. It got packed by the time Eyener came on. Good energy especially for a House night. Also, the most amazing ratio I’ve ever seen there. Must have been 3 females to every 2 guys.
The fries stand outside is run by a friendly french couple. Fresh and delicious.
No one was watching football on the big screen though, just lounging.

What time did you leave? The football started at 2.45am. By that time everybody was outside watching it.
