    I’m going to be in Sichuan over New Year, and was wondering if it is celebrated anywhere in Chengdu and, if so, what my options are.

    I haven’t heard about what’s going on this year for new year’s eve, but there is always something. It’s a safe bet that there will at least be 1-2 large (200+ person) NYE events well attended by expats. By this time next month info should be emerging.

    Thank you, I’ll keep my eyes peeled for something. I fly back to the UK on 2nd January, so would like to spend my last few days enjoying Chengdu!

    Thank you Jessy. I have seen most of the sites in Chengdu- I’m hoping for something to do in the evening to celebrate the new year 😀
