I’m moving out of my apartment in Wenjiang near the west gate of the SWUFE LiuLin Campus. I’m looking for a follow up tenant for 8th December 2016.

The apartment has a single bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. It’s furnished with all essentials, is on the 26th floor looking over the cozy city of Wenjiang. The basic rent is 1200 Yuan/month + 1200 Yuan safety deposit.

The apartment will be available from 8th December 2016, internet is already paid at least 6 weeks ahead.
