    That’s cool. I’ve got a D7000. Maybe when I get there we can arrange some photography trips.

    Has anybody been to Jiuzhaigou? I think I read about it on another blog I found via a link somewhere on this one. Looks really beautiful & I definitely want to go there at some point. I realize that’s too far out for a meetup, but I just wondered if anyone here had been there.

    I’ve been there, very stunning landscape and friendly people. I was recently speaking with someone about Jiuzhaigou (Dan) and he suggested to go there in the winter which sounds like a great idea. Cheap flights up there and no crowds, although some of the tourist infrastructure is shut down at that time of year.

    I have got a nikon D90, I would like to be involved in meeting up. There is a thread on gochengdoo about it. I am not suggesting that I am any good though!!
