    Hi,

    I will be in Chengdu in November then onto Hainan for a break. I hear that if you get a provisional chinese drivers license you can use this to drive in China. Apparently this takes an hour to do in Beijing airport, does anyone know if this can be done in Chengdu. I have a full UK drivers licence.
