English Trainer Job Description

English Trainer-ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– provide English & Soft skill training , develop training materials. The training schedule is planned by trainer and we normal will have  about 5 hours classroom training per week. And trainer also need to conduct one to one English coaching and English Skill assessment to staff, organize English Activity or Games, generate Staff English Status Report etc.
– Working schedule is 8 hours per day with 5 working days a week (Flextime, 8:00am-10:00am in the morning, 5:00pm-7:00pm off time).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree or above
– Experience of teaching business English to adults
– At least two years’ experience as an English teacher to intermediate/advanced adult learners
– Great interpersonal skills and a good team player
– Knowledge of software industry is a plus

Location: Chengdu, China

Benefite:

1. 12 days Paid Time Off for the first year. 1 more day added for each service year. And 15 days is the cup.

2. For insurance part, we provide social insurance. And Bonus is subjected to performance and the cup is 20% of annual salary.
