Renting an Apartment Near Sichuan U

Hi, guys

Here is a house near Sichuan university(10-15 mins’ walk) for renting.

Basic condition:

3 rooms (one of which has separate bathroom), 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 dinning room, 1 shared bathroom, 1 balcony

7th  floor (7/7) , no elevator

I (male, landscape designer) live in one of the small rooms, you can chose to live in the main bedroom or another small one.  Available now.

Renting:

main bedroom (with separate bathroom): 1500 rmb/month

small one : 1000 rmb/month

share other fees ( water, gas, electricity, net etc.), pay by season, 1 month deposit

that depends, if someone would like to rent the main bedroom, I suppose to leave the small room as shared storage room.

Traffic:

1 mins’ walk to nearest bus stop, 15 mins walk  to ni jia qiao subway station. 1.2 hours’ drive to airport ( on average)

Others:

no smoking, no drunken troublemaker

Hi Decimal i’m Marcel i’m interested to the main room i will be in chengdu next week. May i see someof the pictures please . Is the apartment fully furnished and all inclued in 1,500rmb?

1500 only cover the renting for your room, we still need to share the other stuffs, such as internet,water and electricity fee.

it is only simply furnished， has a double bed and several cabinets.

if you have interests, you can come and have a look on week end.

The main bedroom has been rent out from Sept to end of Dec.
Who have interest to rent from Jan, please connect me, short term renting also welcomed.

P.S.
1. Only the main bedroom for renting(the 1500 one),and leave the small one vacant, so the room will be very spacious.
2. My roommate now said it’s little bit noisy (but tolerable, not horrible), so you can decide and see.
