I am going to leave Chengdu by the beginning of July. Hence, I am looking for someone who is interested in renting out my room. Some facts:

– One room in a 3 person apartment, about 14 sqm with a double bed

– Room and apartment fully decorted

– Located in Waitan apartment complex, close to LKF, Sichuan University (10min walking distance) and Niuwangmiao subway station (5min walking distance)

– Apartment is in the 41st floor, the room has a glas front and offers a great view over the river and Anshun bridge

– Monthly rent: 1800 rmb (+1 month deposit)
