    Aloha,

    Our French roomie is moving out on the 24th of September, and we’re looking for a replacement.

    We (Belgian and Dutch, both working in Chengdu) live in a 130 SQM, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the South of Chengdu. (Close to MODZ bar, B&Q, Safari restaurant). It has high ceilings and lots of light.

    Your monthly rental is 1333 RMB, not including internet, management fee and utilities (everything is split evenly). No deposit needed.
