Taxi helper for a day

Hi

This may sound somewhat of a strange request but nevertheless this is what I am looking for. I am moving very soon to a new neighbourhood, since it a very new area there are no shops, eateries near by and no public transport.

I need to get a few things from a big supermarket called Auchan and I can never get a taxi when I need one besides I don’t speak Chinese and I dread going out in the heat.

So I want to ask if someone has a car (English speaker) who will be like a taxi for maybe two or three hours and I will pay you a reasonable amount.

Kind of like a concierge service so if anyone can help out let me know thanks.
