Renting Tongzilin Studio Apartment

Hey everybody!

I`m looking for someone to replace me in my Studio in Tongzilin. The rent is 1,800 RMB + Bills. The apartment will be free on the 4th of February. The studio is located 5 min walk from Tongzilin Subway Station, 43 m, western toilet, kitchen, heater, good view (high floor) and very clean and cozy. =)
Super convenient location: Nearest supermarket is 10 min walk; 20 min walk to walmart/polycenter /KeHuaBeiLu; 5 min walk to tongzilin metro station.

You should probably post this on a Chinese rental website then, and not on an English language expat forum. This is an unusual requirement though, I was under the impression that landlords much preferred expat tenants because they are much less likely to have the financial constraints of local renters.
