Where do you get refillable Metro cards?

I ride the train almost every day and so far have just been buying one way tickets each time. I know they have refillable cards you can load up and use. That sounds way more convenient, but I don’t know where to buy them or how to ask for them. I heard they don’t sell them in the stations (or at least not all) but in certain stores. Anybody know where to go and how to ask for one?

You can buy them at the Hong Qi supermarkets that are scattered through out the city.

make sure you ask for the “electronic wallet” – dian zhi qian bao? Otherwise they might fill it for bus only usage.

You can buy it in Hongqi Chian store, some drugstores, where they show “天府通”，it will takes you about a ￥20 deposit.

I lucked out. My wife mentioned it to our Chinese tutor. It turned out she was going to buy one the next day, so she just picked us each up one at the same time. Thanks though!

I lucked out in similar fashion 😀

It’s an indispensable item to have though, I use it 3-4 times a week.
