If I’m honest, I’ve never been much of a Halloween fan myself, but I’m up for doing something.

I’m afraid that I can’t make it on Saturday the 20th. The weekend after, Saturday the 27th would be better for me.
But if the 20th is good for everyone else, then go for it and I’ll go another time 🙂 x

Well, I was going to suggest another trip to Happy Valley – since a few people couldn’t make it last time (and because I want to go again :)).
We could do one this Saturday and one the following? Or whatever suits. Let me know when is good for you and we can make a plan, I can put the word out etc x

Not holding out much hope here but, any advice on how and what to teach my two year olds would be great!
As a new teacher, I feel like I’m getting the hang of teaching the older kids (aged 3-5) but am really struggling with what to do with the babies.
There are quite a few stalls and a shop that sell masks and other costume paraphernalia in Happy Valley.
I could take some pictures the next time I’m there if anyone would like, and possibly pick them up for people if anyone is interested in buying any.

Just found out it opens at 7am, which means I’ll be ‘cutting it neat’ to get there for 7.30am but will hopefully make it there on time.
I’ll probably be getting the train from North Station, or line 2 from Chadianzi Bus Station, think the latter option might take a bit longer though.

I can get to HuaXiBa Station. Anyone know if XinNanMen Bus Station is easy enough to find from there?
I can see where it is on the map but a bit worried about finding it.
Also, what time does metro 1 open?

Well I didn’t make it home last night, but I did find my way to the Shamrock Bar.
It’s a great wee pub and the food was good too.
Still don’t have a confirmed time for tonight but as a rough guide, I’ll try and aim to be there for around 7pm.
Towelie, just got what you mean by the werther’s originals, I can be a bit slow on the uptake 🙂 x
