noticeable health implications…..I guess some of people would feel uncomfortable or start to coughing even without doing much exercise outdoors when the air is terrible, it mostly depends on your own physical condition for direct implications from your body.
there are some good days in chengdu, not too much, you probably can enjoy these days outdoors, but for regular exercising, you will lose your intention for training once seeing the dark grey dusty air surround you
A lot of concerns about the food’s quality and the pollution these days, but I don’t think that is something as scary as media covers, the overall life expectance has been largely extended compares to the time we don’t have these issues, but good to know that the air in Chengdu both fall and winter is really horrible as you may never expected.

It used to be a long way to Wenjiang from Chengdu, but you are extremely lucky, metro line 4 is expected to start to operate before the end of this year, which definitely shorten the time and much more comfortable compares to 2 yuan commuter bus
